Marvellous location, standard sized, new-fashioned room. Had clean climate control, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge. Location close to common areas, market and the other tower of the building which is removed from the party area.

Just a suitable option for a brief visit in Kitchener with excellent value. The staff allowed our hockey team to gather in the restaurant, made for a fun evening. Check for group rates if traveling with a team.

I have stayed at the Delta Kitchener many times, the stay is always nice, the food is good and the service is excellent.
This stay was very different from my previous one a few months ago, the menu has shrunk considerably, I have to pay for parking and the complimentary breakfast is no longer available. These were some of the "perks" of staying at this hotel, which will no longer be my first choice when staying in Kitchener.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the indoor swimming pool. During my first stay, the staff helped me print my boarding pass, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it! I'll be back for xmas!

I spent my Christmas at this hotel, and I must say, the location is spot on! It's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a good surprise, with a nice variety to choose from.
There were a few downsides. The room layout was a bit confusing, making it easy to get lost. I also had some issues with the bathroom— it was quite small and lacked adequate counter space. Plus, the shower didn’t function as well as expected. it was a mixed experience!

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I was most pleased with the quality of the food and the serving size. Service was very slow but the good food made up for all that.
My stay at the Delta Kitchener was abhorrent. The guests (over 8people) in the room next to me pounded on my door until 4am when the police finally came to remove them. No one at the front desk acknowledged my dilemma or offered to move me to another room despite my phone calls to the front desk. At the checkout time I was still charged a full rate for my room despite the conditions and obvious lack of sleep and comfort. I have meetings scheduled monthly in Kitchener and have decided that it is best to commute back and forth to Toronto rather than run the risk of a no-class, small town mentality of service. ABSOLUTELY APPAULING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your complaint procedure makes it cumbersome to complete and is obviously in place to ignore real issues such as the situation that I experienced. I followed their 'in-house' procedure and I have still to hear from anyone despite their promises to do so. I am running a training program in Kitchener for 50individuals and we are now looking to set them up in alternate hotel.

The bed was so comfortable I slept just like I was at home. I could adjust the temperature of my room - it was too warm. The bathtub was also luxurious.
The only frustration was trying to get the clock alarm and clock setting to work. Front desk told me that maintainance staff would need to take the back off the clock to set the time.

That the indoor pool had a large window above it so there was natural light. The staff upgraded us to a deluxe room due to the fact we were travelling with small children.
